• Installation is optional and is performed entirely by your browser. It creates no account and grants us no additional access to your device.
• Offline access is limited. Only a cached fallback page is available without an internet connection. Full articles, images, videos and the e-paper require a live connection.
• Cached content may be out of date. Any page shown from the offline cache may not reflect the latest news, corrections, or updates. You should not rely on cached content as current. Always reload with an active connection for the latest version.
• Removal: You may uninstall the app through your operating system, and clear the service worker and its cache through your browser's site settings, at any time.
• We may update or change the service worker, the cached content, or the app manifest at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
