In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Drashtikon Publication has appointed a Grievance Officer to receive and address complaints or concerns relating to the content of this website or the processing of your personal data.

What You Can Report

How to File a Grievance
Please send your complaint in writing to the email address or postal address above. To help us investigate and respond quickly, please include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A clear description of the grievance, including — for content complaints — the exact URL of the page in question and a description of the specific text, image, or claim you are complaining about.
- Any supporting documents or evidence.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Timeline for Response
As required by law, the Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it, and will resolve the complaint within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Where a complaint requires removal of content that is manifestly unlawful, we will act as expeditiously as reasonably possible and in any event within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response of the Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under the IT Rules, 2021, at gac.gov.in. For complaints relating to personal data, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once operational.
